I feel really lucky that my turn to write a blog post fell on this exciting Cards & Gifts Week. Creating gifts for my friends and loved ones never gets old to me. It’s so fun to see their faces light up when they receive such a gift.
Sometimes creating a gift for a neighbor, or someone you don’t know as well, becomes more of a challenge. When in doubt, I take a humorous turn. Every loves a giggle. I created this gift set with a new neighbor in mind. It would work equally as well for someone who has recently been ill, or just for someone who needs a pick-me-up. Hey! Did you know it’s Administrative Professionals Day today? How fun would it be to give this gift to an awesome co-worker?

Since there is only my husband and I and I do enjoy to bake – I’m usually sending all sorts of goodies to the office with him – they think it’s heaven! I have a cookie recipe that is requested quite often and I have an endless supply of those clear decorated treat bags for every occasion that I fill with these or an assortment of candy for no special reason!
Thanks for the fun giveaways!! Sherry

What is not to love! Happy Spring Day…sun is FINALLY shining here.

Your gift is so cute. Love the joke on the card!!! Our Post-Prom committee does something similar for “movie” package giveaways. Your example would be such a great look for a giveaway or gift. Its bright and clever. Thank you so much. -Con.

What a great prize, I’m loving the ribbon. My favorite food to wrap up is any thing sweet. Sweets are also my favorite to receive as a gift as well
My favorite gift to give is Christmas cookies. Every year on the weekend after Christmas my son and I start to bake cookies to give to friends, teachers, and relatives. We have been doing this for more than 20 years. We honestly bake about 1200 cookies each year. We try to add one new recipe each year too, but must also bake our tried and true ones too.
Let’s see… I usually paper craft wraps for three kinds of food:
Popcorn
chocolate
homemade cookies
I did do a packaging of martini items once but that’s a beverage not a food :0)

My favorite is wrapping candy. I have wrapped candy for bridal luncheons, bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, etc. I used to say I could wrap anything. LOL
