We’ve been watching the gallery on the World Card Making Day web site grow and grow and grow…and I am just giddy that it’s over 1300 cards already. If you add in the 1000+ cards from the 2008 archive, there’s a whole lotta inspiration going on!
Cath spotlighted five gallery winners over at Moxie Fab World a few days ago, and I’m here to show you the other five winning gallery cards. Wow — what a group of talented cardmakers we have in our midst! Each winner will receive a one year subscription to Paper Crafts magazine.

We donated the 2008 entries that were not selected to www.operationwritehome.org
As World Card Making Day continues to grow and bring cardmakers all over the world a lot closer to one another, we want to give a shout out to everyone who has helped spread the paper crafted love for this year.
Cheers!
Jennifer

Great cards to all the winners! Cannot wait to try – but I am most excited about all the cards sent to OWH – I just sent it over 200 and when I was shopping @ Hobby Lobby just today I met a Mom of a soldier! As conversations go, we stumbled on the OWH cards – she thanked ME for making cards – I assured her my hobby is not as much as big deal as her son serving our country!!! I made sure she thanked HIM (or Her for all you girl soldiers out there!!!) YOU ALL ROCK – cardmakers & Soldiers alike! Thanks for posting a great note! ~Michelle

The cards are all so beautiful. It was such a fun day for everyone. Sending the cards to our soldiers is a wonderful thing to do. They deserve this and so much more.

I’m so glad I was able to get a batch of cards made for the troops and over to you ladies. Even if they’re not deemed top of the crop to win, I’m glad they’ll be making their way out to our protectors oversees. Thanks for hosting this challenge ladies!
