Stephanie Muzzulin's Many Thanks Card is an online bonus project in our November/December issue.

Since this real woman loves to giveaway prizes, I will randomly select two lucky winners to receive an assortment of fabulous paper crafting product. In order to win, you must send a card to someone. I don’t care who. Just send a little note to brighten someone’s day, and then leave a comment telling me who you gave your card to. All comments must be received by midnight (MDT) on Sunday, Oct. 18. I promise I’ll do the same. My family recently lost a dear loved one and I have loads of thank you notes to send to friends and family alike.

Celebrating creativity and sharing beauty,
Brandy

I made my boss a fantastic “grateful” card with fall colors using Stampin’ Up!’s new Autumn Traditions paper. (I also made her a banana bread and a pumpkin bread and put them in a basket with the card.) She’s 9 mo. pregnant and she can either eat it now or freeze for later!

I had planned on sending a card to my cousin Christy, she has been struggling with cancer for years and just found out it has spread to her brain. That being the situation, she only has 1 – 2 months to live. A really hard card to make, and write in, but this post has encouraged me to get it done. Thanks.

I am sending a card (and probably more in the future) to a sweet little girl named Rebekah who was born with Spina Bifita. You can learn more about her story at her neighbor, Giovana’s, blog: http://giovana-believe.blogspot.com/2009/10/cards-for-bekah.html. I did a post about it also here: http://sarahmartina.wordpress.com/2009/10/14/sending-a-happy-hello/. There’s nothing like making someone smile… it’s priceless, and it’s really what I think card making is all about. Hopefully my cards and others’ will bring lots of smiles to little Bekah’s life!

It has been a great week of sending out cards! We had a big dinner at our church and could not have pulled it off with out help. Those thank you’s went out. I was at a friends daughter’s wedding that was a true fairy tale event. I shared my joy at being part of this special day with their family. It’s always fun to send a hello to a friend. More heartfelt with a card than the email.

I just finished making halloween cards for my nieces and nephew. They all love to get real mail, and I love to make cards – it’s a natural fit!
These were the easiest ones I have made in a long time – punched two holes in the front of a black card, attached carft wiggly eyes on the inside under the holes. Inside, I wrote “Boo!” using the eyes for the o’s. Done!

  33. Diana N says:

I sent a card to my cousin Jenny. I’ll be in her hometown next week for a convention and dropped her a note to see if we can get together sometime. I used K&Co. Fall Rust Stripe paper as a background, stamped a big swirl on top and “Just a note” message. I just love papers with fall colors.

  35. Marge R. says:

I just sent a card to a friend who only lives about 35 miles away, but who works full-time plus lately. It has a dog on it, just like her 3 little stamping companions, so she wanted to borrow the stamp when she saw the card on my blog. It’s a really old rubber stamp & so I just peeled it off it’s huge block of wood, stuck it to a plastic sheet & included it in the card. She’ll be able to stick it to an acrylic block & stamp to her heart’s content! I even wrote the card as though the puppy had written the message to her! I hope she enjoys my little surprise!!! She’s often loaned her stamps to me, so I didn’t want her to have to wait until we get a chance to get together again!

I decided to make a cute fall card and send it to her along with a letter. Thanks for the chance to win a great prize.
