The first stamp set I bought was a flower set, and as for one I that I would create it would have to be a coffee stamp set for sure :) !

  2. Sue D says:

First stamp I ever bought was actually a set of two–a dog and a cat from the Current company. If I could create a stamp it would be of a Barbershop Quartet.

  3. My first stamp I ever purchased was of a rose. If I could create my own stamp, it would be of ocean waves washing up to the shore. How beautiful that sounds.

  4. A tiny set of ABC stamps from Hero Arts.

  5. jan says:

I will answer both! My first stamp was actually a set of tiny alphas by Hero Arts.

My stamp would say, “live, simply.”

  6. Tanja S says:

Hi, my fist stamp was a far time ago, cI can’r remeberexactly but my first few were hearts, bows and stars and other multi purpose ones.

If I could create a stamp it would be a seahorse stamp, I love the little critters and have only even seen a couple of seahorse stamps about.

  7. Amber R. says:

The first stamp I ever bought was a sentiment set from CTMH. Now my drawers are over flowing with sentiment stamps. Thanks so much.

  8. Jessica B. says:

I have been stamping for a while so I can’t remember the first stamp I bought. I think it was a set of Winnie the Pooh stamps–small wooden block like set.

If I could create my own stamp it would be of a fairy. She would not be cutsey or kid like, she would be whimsical and dreamy with fairy dust around her.

  9. Heather says:

My first set of stamps were a set of 3 lacey hearts. I still have them :)
If I was designing one, I would design a flying bird. I love nature images.

  10. I would design a rubber stamp that my wife would like. I mostly make cards for her (sometimes for the kids, too). I think that she would like a stamp that has a cat that looks like our cat, who’s a Bengal. She could use it to make cards and stationery when I’m done using it to make a card for her.

  11. Naz says:

My very first stamp was of a fancy dress from Impress Rubber Stamps…I still have it and I still love it! Thanks.

  12. Jenny McGee says:

I believe one of the first sets were from Stampin Up. I had a demo after getting involved in Scrapbooking. I got a birthday set and some flowers. Still have them andstill use them.

  13. My very first stamp set was from Stampin Up and it was a Birthday set that I could use to make all my son’s birthday cards for parties. We even used it for his birthday invitations. It paid for itself in no time ;)

  14. Denise says:

If I could create my own stamp it would be one with a cute little girl holding the hand of a penguin…I absolutely LOVE penguins and don’t see them enough

  15. Jess says:

I would love to have a “Created by” stamp with my name and an owl image. Owls have been hot in scrapbooking for so long but they are also my favorite animal.

  16. bzyPTmom28 says:

The first set of stamps I bought were a Stamping Up Christmas set–with a tree made of words–that started the whole stamp addiction going! If I could create my own stamps–they would be clear acrylic, and be a basic cute cat shape and then addt’l stamps that were that size to add details–whiskers, different textures or fur or faces–so I could make hundreds of different ones.

  17. Lynn C. says:

My first stamp was a set from Paper Trey that I could use to make sympathy cards. If I could create my own stamp, it would be sympathy sentiments. We just don’t have enough religious based stamp sentiments.

  18. The first rubber stamp I ever owned was one with my name on it. My mom got it for my birthday. I was surprised that she found one with my name on it–Natasha

  19. Tricia Dee says:

My first stamp set was a floral one I’m sure. I can’t imagine designing a stamp but if I did, it would probably have something to do with Nature – flowers, trees, or birds.

  20. Linda L says:

First stamp I purchased? A single Christmas light bulb from Close to My Heart. Led to being a consultant and a love of paper crafts. Who knew? Sadly I have no idea what I would design if I could make a stamp. Too many choices!

  21. Charlene says:

My first stamp was a clear stamp set that had an assortment of sentiments to put on cards.
Looking forward to getting a copy of this Stamp-it cards magazine. How fun!

  22. my first stamp was a sentiment—not sure which one it was…but they were only a dollar…about four months ago, I told my husband that I would like to see a vintage typewriter as a stamp….and the next month–UNITY came out with one! YIKES! They must have read my mind!

  23. Jen Cuthbertson says:

My very first stamp was a self-inking daisy my mom gave me in the 70s! I loved it and I still have it today! My first stamp set that got me nutso for stamping was the “Happy Winter” set from SU years ago. I’ve been hooked ever since!

  24. heather garl says:

I can’t believe I remember this…my first stamp was a santa head that I used on my Christmas envelopes.
I would love to create a stamp of my unofficial logo that I write on the back of every card.

  25. Janet Sisk says:

Gee, I got my first introduction to stamping back in 2001 by being invited to a Stampin’ Up party. I was only going to help out a friend and was just SO sure that it wasn’t going to be for me. And here I am in 2010 a true stamping addict with the stamps to prove it. I don’t even remember my first set, but it was probably a Christmas one. Since I don’t remember the exact stamp, I will have to come up with what I would design if I could make my own stamp. Gee, my hubby is into drag racing so I would have to design a stamp featuring one or both of his hot rods – ’74 Trans Am or ’68 Chevelle, racing down the quarter mile drag strip. And of course the “Christmas tree” would have to be included on the stamp(the countdown lights at the dragway). He would love to get a card that actually features something he loves. :D

  26. Bernice says:

I’ve been really wanting to make a stamp of my “signature” to stamp on the back of my cards so I don’t have to write it out every single time. Plus, it would look the same every time!

  27. Brenda says:

If I could make a stamp of my own, it would be one of a beagle and a black cat sitting nose to nose. I find my pets like that quite often, and that stamp would be a great compliment to my pages!

  28. Vanessa B says:

oh, my first was a boxed set of little farm animals that I got at walmart, early 90′s…of which I just came across the other day, unused!

Id make a stamp of my sig line for the back of my papercrafts :-)

  29. sandee says:

My first stamp was a set of miniture wooden stamps from Hero Arts in 1995. They were sea life AND they were used when I won my first card contest with Hero Arts in 2009. What goes around, come around! ;)

  30. DeniseB says:

First stamp I bought was at a Hallmark store and it was a Christmas bear design. That was in 1985 or ’86.
    DeniseB

  31. Emily Lurker says:

One of the first stamps I bought was valentines day stamps (hearts). When I think back to when I bought my first stamp that started my obsession with crafts, scrapbooking and card making. This was all thanks to a friend that got me started.
If I could create a stamp it would be a stamp that you could be easy clean off I guess this would be a stamp pad not a stamp, oh well. I don’t really know what kind of stamp I would create.

  32. Brenda Lubrant says:

I have been stamping since 2005 and I think my first stamp was a “Happy Birthday” stamp.

  33. Angela says:

I think my first stamp was one of those plastic ring ones from a party…but my first real wood stamp was from a scrapbooking store and it was on clearance.

  34. Eliane T. says:

My first stamp was a flower one I think…
    Thanks for the chance.

  35. betty lou says:

As a teacher, my first stamps were for stamping encouraging words on the students’ papers many years ago! I didn’t even know I was supposed to clean off the ink each time…I didn’t have time anyhow!! Thanks for the chance to win!

  36. Carol H says:

My first stamp set was a cute snowman family clear set. I still use it quite a bit.

  37. Courtney says:

I don’t remember my very first stamp I purchased, but I do remember the very first clear set I purchased. It was Bitty Blessings by PTI.

  38. Helen Markee says:

i think my first stamp was a victorian house. the one stamp i would like to create— a young male angel in memory of my son!!!!

  39. patscrap91 says:

My first stamp was a PSX dolphin. And to answer your second question, I would like to create my own logo stamp, but I am not a good designer !

  40. Elaine says:

My first stamp was bought in 1980 or 81 at a home decorating store at Northgate Mall! Oh my how things have changed! It was an Easter Bunny from Commotion stamps. I bought embossing stuff, glitter, and even some markers too. Today if I could make my own it would be something from nature – I’m just not sure what! :)

  41. Betty-Ann says:

My first stamp was a spouting whale with the word “Superbe” on it…was perfect for my days as a French teacher. I’ve now moved on to using stamps for my paper crafting instead of paper grading!

  42. Julia says:

My very first stamp had a wooden handle and it says “Do not squash, crunch, krinckle…..or run over with mail truck.” Actually I still have it along with every stamp I’ve ever bought! Just can’t seem to part with them. If I could make any stamp that I want it would be the image of a mouse and bluebird sitting on a fence post with their arms around each other. I’ve got the cross stitch version of it, and I’ve been waiting many many years for it to be made into a stamp!

  43. Shannan says:

My first stamp was actually a set from Stampin’ Up! called Jar of Fun. If I could make my own stamp it would be one that would mimick my most favorite coffee mug. Yes, I love my coffee that much ;)

  44. Wendy says:

My fiirst stamp was a baby print. I was exspecting my daughter.

  45. Carol Bloomberg says:

My first stamp was a cute lady bug. I used it to do a project for my garden club and then I got hooked, about 1000 stamps later here I am!

If I could design a stamp it would be one of my car, a Toyota Prius.

  46. veronica b. says:

if i could create my own stamp it would be one that was of my family–a dad, a mom, 2 boys, and a dog.

  47. Anthonette says:

I still have the first stamps I bought from PSX. They were flowers. If I could create my own stamp, it would be from a robot image my son drew. He’s always drawing robots. It would be a fun to make it into a stamp.

  48. Cindy Holshouser says:

If I could create any stamp it would be silhouette images of my son and neice’s profiles, facing each other. They’re 8. I love silhouette images

  49. Diane S. says:

My first stamp was an angel-of course!! I would create a stamp of our farm.

  50. NatQuebec says:

My first stamp was a lit I bought in a big store with doodling and alphabets.
If I could create a stamp for myself it would be an image including a cat ( my favourite animal) and my nickname on internet. Could be a nice singature ;-)
