In the last year, we’ve shared all sorts of crazy Paper Crafts fun with you. If you scroll through the last 12 months of our blog, you’ll see that we work really hard, but we also have lots of good times, too. Having a great job is all well and good, but when you can call your colleagues friends, that’s pretty stinkin’ cool.
Kelly recently called me the team cheerleader (ooh, I like that title!), so I’ve gathered a synopsis of the silly, mundane and cool things that we’ve done since this blog’s inception.
Can I get a Go! Fight! Win! Paper Crafts?

This is one of my favorite pictures of the Paper Crafts team.
We’ve had six interns in the last year, and each has brought her own personality to our team. I always loved seeing their blog posts with their impressions of what it’s like to work in our office. I think we’ve turned a few of them into paper crafters. But really, how can they resist?

Thanks Courtney, Brynn, Lindy, Nicki, Melinda, and Sarie!
You also got the chance to look into our daily lives with meetings, an office tour, photo shoot preparation and us just generally loving each other. We keep busy in our offices and cubicles bringing you the magazine, but we take time to chit-chat sometimes, too.

Getting the job done, Paper Crafts’s style
But we’re not confined to the office, no siree! We’ve been out in the world together on many occasions. A crew of us visited Disneyland, four of us saw Celine Dion in concert, the whole gang painted plates at a do-it-yourself pottery place, many of us participated in card group and we even had a field trip to the Making Memories office.

We work and play hard!
As a card making magazine, it probably comes as no surprise that we LOVE to celebrate every little holiday possible. From Halloween (oh, those polygamist brides of Frankenstein!) to St. Patrick’s Day (any reason to dress in a theme) to the Super Bowl (don’t let that Steelers jersey fool you – Go COLTS!).

Give us a holiday, and we’ll find a way to celebrate!
And what would we do without our friends? We love having visitors stop by, and when they do it’s hugs all around. When are you going to stop by?

We love to grab a picture when friends stop by.
So what do you want to see in the upcoming months from the Paper Crafts team? I’ve got three new Imaginisce collections and three of our Betty t-shirts to give away to three lucky commenters. Leave a comment by Friday, Feb. 5 at midnight (MST), and you might just win!
Your Paper Crafts cheerleader,
Susan
P.S. It’s time to announce the winner from Brandy’s A Year of Giving Back post!
Jess (Feb. 2, 8:53 a.m.)
Congrats, Jess! You’ve won two prize packages! One for yourself and one to give to a friend! Kelly will be contacting you shortly to get your mailing address. Thanks to all who left comments!

I love visiting the blog everyday and seeing what’s new. I would love to learn more on upcoming trends in the industry as well as more tours of personal studios and crafting spaces. I love getting peeks into the environment where people create. Thanks for the awesome publications and blog!!
Love all you do…thanks. Would love more challenges and sketches. Maybe some stamping technique articles?
Where do I begin… I love seeing the regular postings of Paper Crafts blogs. You guys do so much now, how could you fit anything else. You guys are great and just keep doing what your doing. Your inspirations, your tutorials, and showing that your having fun is a lot, so just keep doing what your doing.
Stay focused on cards! That’s what I love about the magazine!
PS I want your job!
I’d love to see some fun tutorials. And some tips on getting organized.
DeniseB
I’d love to see more sketches and more prizes!
I would love to see more three D projects, such as boxes and clever ways to package card sets and treats for gift giving. I would also like to see more stamping ideas and ideas for recycling things into new papercrafts.
I just started getting Paper Crafts so I’m up for anything paper…..
I would really like to see reviews of websites/blogs that are outstanding sources of inspiration & technique. Thanks for the great pics and giveaway!
I would love to see more stamping tips. so I could stamp better. Thanks for the inspiration.
I love, love, love what you are already doing. Some scrapbooking would nice, though!
I’d love to see how to’s on Tim H. distressing inks or angel glimmer spray. I also would love more bargain cards- you know 4 cards using the same paper. Thanks for all of the fun projects, love the magazine.
This looks like a great place to work. Here’s to another terrific year!
I would like to see more tutorials. I like to see different and new ideas too. I love the inspiration you guys give.
It has been a great year I can’t wait to see what 2010 will bring. I would love to see more cards/projects from the Go-TO Gals! Thanks for the chance to win!
I would love to keep seeing cards…love all the ideas. Sketches and some scrapbook pages would be great…maybe even “matching” scrapbook pages and cards
I would love to see more cards for boys and men. Keep up the gret work.
I like to see way of using old tools and supplies into something new. Also, how incorporating techniques for certain types of crafts into other types of crafts.
I’m new to this blog so I am looking forward to everything.
I love to see videos of different techniques. It really makes a difference when I can see how to do something, rather than just reading about it. I can’t wait to see what 2010 brings. Thanks for the inspiration!
Just keep up the good work! I like reading the interviews – getting to know you all. Keep those card ideas coming – not that I follow trends, but I am always inspired by others’ creativity.
I’d like to see some awesome photographers and their amazing work and maybe some digital photography advice.
It’s been a great year! I love the blog and all the fantastic inspiration.
just keep bringing the fun & inspiration our way!!!
I’d love to learn more about what goes on “behind the scenes.” Your jobs look like so much fun, so I’m really interested in learning more about the day-to-day aspects of your work! I’m also hoping to see even more ideas on how to repurpose items for use in cards/paper crafting projects! I feel like there is so much waste in the world, and I know I could personally do a better job of using things I already have to make creative and fun projects!
I’d like to see you feature different product manufacturers, their new products, their websites, their blogs – maybe a weekly feature? How about “a blog a day” feature – there are SO MANY talented paper artists around the world, many of them do not “submit” or answer calls, but they are original and talented. Perhaps you can ask the readers to submit some blogs for consideration. Since the magazine is no longer a monthly publication, perhaps your blog can fill in the inspiration/information gap. Thank you.
Doesn’t SEEM like a year… Wow, time flies!
You gals already do so much – it’s hard to suggest the NEXT great thing… Maybe more videos? Webcasts? And contests? Hmmm… Just keep sharing the love!
I would like to see more demonstrations on new techniques.
I like to learn new techniques, and ways to use new products.
I don’t know if it is in the magazine’s best interest to do so, but doing reviews of new products would be helpful to your readers.
I like the direction Paper Crafts is going, with the new color challenges and the Go-To gals. More challenges and maybe more technique-related posts would be great.
just keep those awesome ideas and inspirations coming. i love seeing what’s new, learning new techniques and seeing how, with the same ‘ingredients’, the many variations by the talented crafters!
I would love to see more demos, I am so much better when I see it done.
I also love the ards so please keep them coming!!!!
Makeovers? Card makeovers? With go-to-gals? I’m not sure. I just enjoy Paper Crafts!
I’d love to see more cards utilizing recycled items and the clever use of old crafts we just can;t part with. I think I have some stickers from the ’80s!
You do such an amazing job of inspiring, teaching, creating, and sharing that I can’t think of anything new to add. Just keep on doing what you do best–sharing your love of paper crafting and creating.
I love what you’ve been doing so far, please keep up the great work. I would also like to see some features about some fresh ways to use up the current stash with out buying more expensive stuff, or video technique tutorials as well; especially some that can be adapted. For example, not everyone can afford copic markers, but if copics were used in the tutorial, show how prismacolor markers could be used as well for those that have them. Also what punches could work in place of a nestie. See where I’m going here which this thought?
I would love to see you guys do some videos showing us some new techniques and inspirational projects. You guys are doing a great job. I love reading your blog daily.
I would love to see more home decor projects which could be given as gifts.
Thanks for the giveaway!
I would like to see more cards and new ideas how to use stamps.
Thanks a lot and congrats!
more giveaways and tutorials and techniques.
I think that I would like to see animal themes, like cards made with Love Bandit. I LOVE THAT LINE!!!
Techniques and tutorials are most helpful…Sometimes those remind me of items I have in my stash that I haven’t used for awhile. I scrapbook in 6X6 format and make small books–maybe some hints on ways to adapt larger projects to a smaller scale. Anne, yourmainestamper
Anything using punches would be great, since I have hundreds of them and can always use new inspiration.
I love everything you have done so far and can’t wait for the new mag of inspiration to hit my mailbox! Something I would love to see is some not so CAS cards that use mainly the basics. Something easy for someone with out all the bells and whistles to create!
I love seeing new techniques because it pushes me to use supplies that I’ve been hoarding. I also love seeing lots and lots of cards in the magazine and on the blog because they are the best inspiration to me.
I love everything you put on your site–I love all the pics….cards…people….I would like to see some tutorials (I like to know exactly how THEY [the gurus] do IT!).
Thanks so much:)
As a blog, I think it’s wonderful just the way it is. You give us inspiration, fun photos of all of you, lots of links to other blogs for even more inspiration and fun, and giveaways. What more can anyone ask for? I’m staying!!!!!
I would like to see some things made without the use of the machines and gadgets!! Just paper, scissors, adhesiveetc
Keep up the good work. I would like to see more matching insides to cards, using up old supplies and tools, gift ideas for all occasions etc.
