Spring in Utah is unpredictable. One day it’s sunny and warm and the next day it’s snowing and cold. This makes picking out clothes each morning quite a challenge (I keep my go-to sweaters on standby until Memorial Day!).
Regardless of the temperature outside, the calendar says May and I’m ready to add a little spring to my step. I’ve determined a little sunny inspiration is just what I need so join me in a springtime tiptoe through the tulips!
Don’t you just love these beautiful photos by Tricia McKellar?
Her Etsy shop is one of my new must-see spots for inspiration. I thought these four images were particularly lovely. So lovely in fact that I did a little blog hopping to find cards and product from the wide world of paper crafting that looked reminiscent of these beautiful images.
This card from Go-to Gal Betsy Veldman combines the fluffiness of the peony in the photo with soft pink for a feminine card that’s full of style!
These rub-ons from Hambly Screen Prints remind me of Tricia’s Seedpod picture. Now I can have my own trendy dandelion-styled creation thanks to inspiration from Tricia and product from Hambly!
I really like the texture and roundness of the shells in this last image. Similarly, I love the chic touchability of these carved shell charms from Making Memories – fab!
Are you feeling springy yet? I know I sure am. Thanks for joining me on my inspiration walk. If you know of other inspirational web sites of photos, please send them my way. I’d love to take a peek!
