I find products to be very user-friendly nowadays, but sometimes it’s more fun to use them in ways in which they’re not intended. Being unique will always make your projects stand out from the crowd.
Thinking “outside the box” may not be as difficult as you may think. Before you begin each project, stop and analyze your products and theme.
There were tons of beautiful butterflies at the CHA winter show, which I think is a wonderful thing. Why not use them as leaves on a tree? Apply stickers, rub-ons or stamps on top of any tree.

How about creating a shape with your stickers? Arrange chipboard stickers in an eye-catching way and give them that extra oomph! Have you ever bought a sticker sheet for just one or two images and were left with other not-so-favorite images? This is a fun way to use up that sticker sheet. Arrange them in a star shape or even a circle – just challenge yourself to try something new.

Consider these suggestions to change things up:
- Stars from a baby boy line for the Fourth of July
- Red Christmas products for Valentine’s Day
- Use papers as a ribbon replacement
- Use a heart stamp to create a flower
- Create interactive cards
- Use pink, yellow and purple baby girl products for Easter
- Do some research…you may find that you are inspired to create something that you would have never thought of otherwise.
No matter what, make sure to have fun! Don’t over think things, but make a point to challenge yourself at times. Need some stickers to jump-start your creativity? Leave a comment and I’ll send some of my favorites to one lucky winner! All comments must be received by midnight (MDT) on Thursday, May 6.

One lucky winner will take home this stick-licious prize package!
