One little fact you might be interested in is that my daughter appears in this year’s Holiday Cards & More. If you take a look on p.114, in the Season’s Gifting section, you’ll see my baby girl (age 2) showing off her modeling skills (and a stylish headband). Isn’t she cute?
Well, as cute as she may be, the shoot was more than a little challenging. First off, it was July, and it was hot outside. So there’s my daughter, in a red long-sleeved turtleneck, hadn’t had a nap all day, and was hungry for lunch. All you moms out there know…that’s a recipe for disaster! Thankfully my wife was there to help calm her down, and we joined forces in trying to get her to smile.
Thankfully the photo shoot didn’t last long. We got the perfect picture in less than 10 shots! Here are some of the fun outtakes:
