Since I’m feeling so grateful after the Thanksgiving holiday, I thought I would spotlight three thank you cards from Card Occasions: Favorite Occasions, Vol. 2. All three cards would be perfect to send to a friend, a loved one or the hostess of a special Thanksgiving feast. (I’m totally copying Kate’s brilliant card below!)

I just celebrated my 40th birthday last month, so I sent out several thank you cards to my friends who celebrated it with me.
I sent a thank you card to a friend for a very treasured gift.
I just thank you cards out for my son’s birthday party! It’s always a blessing to have wonderful friends and family who celebrate and remember such an occasion!

I just sent a thank you card to our friends that took in our daughter, who is away at college in another state for Thanksgiving. So grateful she had a place to go and a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner.

What a great prize, I love the cards you featured! The last time I sent a thank you card was probably in October for my birthday gifts!
Sadly, the last thank you card I sent was to the nurses at a local hospital who took such great care of my mother-in-law and her family as we said our final goodbyes. They truly were caring and thoughful men and women.
I recently sent a thank you card to a friend who is always there when I need her. She is truly a great friend. I also gave my mom 5 handmade thank you cards that she could send to family and friends. I make lots of cards for numerous occassions for her and my family. Card making is my passion!!!

My last thank you notes were from my son’s birthday.
I recently lost my mother and had received a beautiful sympathy card from my aunt and cousin. I in turn sent them a thank you note for their thoughtfulness during my time of grief.

My most recent was a note of thanks to a new massage client after a appointment with me. Thanks for the opportunity to win something that will give me more inspiration in my card-making endeavors!
I usually call to express my thanks, but I did send out a thank you card to the staff at my school who did such a wonderful job organizing my retirement party. One of the nicest things I got was a container of fancy socks. The word was out. I love socks. I got 30 pair- none of which were alike. Every time I wear a pair I think foundly of everyone at Tyler Elementary School.
I’m actually sending out three quick & mini thank-you’s today before I head off to work. I’m participating in a few swaps & have made my tyc’s from my scraps, too….but I only have “one” thank you stamp to use.
I will sending one on Monday to my wonderful Mother in Law who sent me a beautiful flower arrangement for Thanksgiving because we were company. I love the heart thanks so much that I think I may just have to card lift it. TFS.
I sent a card of gratitude most recently to a friend….thanking her for her support during a difficult time i was having. Friends like that are hard to come by…and i want to nourish those special relationships in my life. I know when I receive a handwritten (and handmade) card, it brightens my day.
Great cards! Just two weeks ago I sent my second cousin a thank you card I’d made. She gave me an antique syrup pitcher from her mother’s estate. It was a gift that reminded me of all the times when I was a youngster that I was spoiled rotten when visiting her family.
Ack… I am so bad… the last thank you card I made I didn’t even mail. I even had it addressed with a stamp! I gotta do better!

I just sent a thakn you to my best friend of 27 years. She hosted agroup of us from high school in her home in Atlanta for a girls weekend! If I had these stamps I would have made the card! It would have meant so much more to her!
These are great inspirations for my Christmas Project. I am doing a bunch of various occasion cards as a gift for a friend that does not like to pick out cards at the store. Thanks for these ideas. I send out thank you cards to volunteers and participants from our local community center. A personal thank you card always means so much more than just saying “thank you.”
I must admit I am not the best at remembering to send cards of gratitude. However, after my husband’s recent birthday, I was did not several cards to the friends that helped me pull off a surprise party for him. Great fun!
Wow beautiful cards shown. The last time I sent a card of gratitude was way too long ago so I am going to get one ready and send it out to Mom as she is always doing something nice for me and my sister.

I just made and sent a thank you card to a former co-worker for a package that she sent me.
We’re about to start working on Thank You cards for my daughter’s 4th birthday party in November…yes, Mama’s running a little late this year. Plus, ’tis the season! Christmas cards are in the works to (hopefully) get out before Christmas this year
I keep a stash of thank you cards on hand at all times. We had dinner with some friends last weekend and I sent a thank you note for a fabulous evening.

To be honest, it has been quite a while since I have sent out a card of appreciation….but I did make about three dozen thank you cards for my son to send for all the graduation gifts he received this spring!
just this past week! My sister in law babysat while i went on vacation with my sisters and mom and my hubby went hunting!
The last one I sent out was for my daughter’s birthday. She can write her name now and loves signing the cards.
I think I sent one to my grandma for sending my daughter a nice gift.
I like to surprise my boys’ teachers with random bites of gratitude:)
Love these cards! I just celebrated Thanksgiving with my boyfriend’s family for the first time. I just sent a thank you card to his step-mother to thank her for the delicious meal. She was a wonderful hostess even including my boyfriend’s mother and step-father. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
