Have you been playing along in the Card Creations: Favorite Occasions challenges over on Moxie Fab World this week? If not, have you had a chance to look at some of the cards that have been posted? My personal favorite is Rachel D’s You Are My Favorite Thing Card for the All Occasion Challenge – go take a peek, get inspired, and join the fun!

If you’ve been wondering how we knew which occasions are your very favorites, I’m here to reveal…shhhhhh!

The Great Big Secret.

Okay, so it’s not really a secret – it’s just our annual reader survey. But we know from six years of survey history that these are your favorite occasions (not to be confused with holidays, of course), and we used that not-so-super-secret information to put together this issue so it would hit a card-making bullseye.

However, we know that ideas, likes, dislikes, trends, and – yes – even favorites can change in just a year, so it’s time to check in with you. Our Paper Crafts 2011 Reader Survey launched just today, and we’d love to hear from you again. Believe it or not, we read every single answer so don’t hold back. If you want to be heard, now is the time!

There’s even a little paper crafting pot of gold at the end of the survey rainbow because we really appreciate the time it takes you to work your way through it. By completing the survey (by the deadline on January 31, 2011), you are automatically entered for a chance to win a copy of each of these soon-to-be-favorite collections of the very best:
