Once upon a time there was a holiday named World Card Making Day. Oh, the holiday was so fun! Born on the first Saturday of every October, World Card Making Day loved celebrating his birthday because it inspired people to start crafting for the holiday season. World Card Making Day loved spreading the joy of card-making with everyone!
One day, World Card Making Day met a new friend, Holiday Cards & More Vol. 6. Holiday Cards & More Vol. 6 was the ying to World Card Making Day’s yang. Filled with holiday cards, tags, home décor and gift wrap ideas, Holiday Cards & More Vol. 6 was sure to inspire everyone to get those holiday cards rolling!
It was a match made in heaven! World Card Making Day would bring everyone together, and Holiday Cards & More Vol. 6 would inspire them with its 162 pages, 300 + holiday craft ideas, and over 150 holiday cards!
Aren’t love stories great? We think so too. That’s why we’re combining the party for our latest special issue, Holiday Cards & More Vol. 6 with one of our favorite holidays of the year, World Card Making Day! World Card Making Day! Yay!! What a wonderful excuse to get together with my crafting buddies to share some tea and tasties and start working on our holiday cards. It’s turning a bit colder here in Minnesota which is putting me in the mood to start working on cards for fiends and family.

This will be my first World Card Making Day and I am so looking forward to the event I am sure it will be a very inspiring and creative day. I am getting rid of all of my other crafts and staying only on cards and scrapbooking. It is my sanity, and a way to share my love with others that I care about and honor the ones I don’t know yet but need a kind word to let them know they are no alone in this world and to thank them for their part in my life. Oooh! What a sweet set from K & Company! This is my first World Card making day and I’m so excited. Even more so now because my Cricut Expression 2 came in the mail today! Guess I’ll be doing lots of fun things with it for my cards. : ) Thanks for all the fun you’ve provided already.

What I love about World Cardmaking Day is that it celebrates what I like to do most, make cards! Plus when you send those cards, you share a little bit of yourself with someone else and let them know that you care enough to think about them and want to brighten their day! That’s a fantastic looking set from K& Comapany and just what I’d like to own.
I didn’t know what to expect when the pearl card was mentioned and pictured something with a pearlized spray but this is awesome!
I love World Card Making Day because it celebrates my most favorite paper craft. Love looking at all the card making ideas and looking at all the Holiday products.
