Groovin’ with the Go-to Gals – Cruisin’ and Memory Collecting

Teri Anderson

I never thought I would be one of those people.

You know, the frequent traveling type.

But I have logged over 10,000 miles this year.

I’ve been to Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Utah, California (three times) and Texas.

Believe me, all those trips were a blast. But the trip that I expect to be the most fun of all will be the biggie: The Paper Crafts Cruise in November.

It involves seven big days of sailing through the Caribbean. There will be stops in Cozumel, Belize, Isla Roatan and Grand Cayman. There will be swimming, shuffleboard and, possibly, even an evening of karaoke with Creative Editor Susan Opel, Go-to Gal Kim Kesti and myself. (Heaven help the poor ears of all the other cruisers, but I digress!)

Oh yeah, did I mention there will also be actual paper crafting while we at sea? Over 100 paper crafted projects worth, baby!

Seriously, I can not wait!

I do not want to forget anything about this possibly once-in-a-lifetime cruise so I’ve put together a memory book to take with me.

It’s a simple little book with tags and pages to jot down notes about the crafters I meet along the way and the places we go.  (Belize, anyone?)

I even included a few pockets to stash away little pieces of paper (recipes, napkins and matchbooks) collected on the way.

Fun, right?

Want to make a memory book for the next time you travel?

The folks at Technique Tuesday have offered up three of their The Observant Traveler by Ali Edwards Studio AE stamp sets to give away today. I used the same stamp set to put together my memory book. Tell me somewhere you dream of visiting by Thursday at 5 PM MDT. I’ll pick three winners from your comments.
