I’ve long been a believer that all things holiday should wait until after Thanksgiving Day. Then, and only then, can you start humming the Christmas carols, hanging the stockings, and writing your yearly letter to Santa.

Then I started working at Paper Crafts, where we start planning about our November/December issue in March. In magazine time, my Christmas tree is long packed away, the tinsel removed from the banister, the Christmas lights unstrung. Presents are unwrapped and thank you notes have been mailed. But in real time, the holiday party is just beginning! Mistletoe is being hung, holiday dresses are being ironed, and the guest list is being prepared.

And we happen to have a very special guest to kick off our holiday party… Allow me to introduce our November/December issue!
