Good morning! Ah, finally it is Friday, and the weekend is about to start. But before that happens, I wanted to share a little something with you.

I am going to share with you my work space.

You have already seen the pillar of prizes. That’s certainly still around and a very close friend of mine. But I have also been trying to personalize my little spot as well, and what better way to decorate a space in the Paper Crafts office, than with, well, paper? So I jazzed it up with some patterned paper on poster board.

But back to the rest of the decorations. The plant was already here with those cute little painted metal flowers on the bucket. (And no . . . the plant did not come perilously close to death. . . .) I brought the family picture in the other day, and I painted the little vase myself. I also made a little floral piece with a hydrangea from Michaels.

This wall looks quite nice (if I do say so myself), but I have another one that is pretty grey and blank, and I am not sure what to do with it yet. I would love to hear suggestions!

Leave a comment telling me what you think I should do with my blank wall, and I will randomly select one winner to receive a big box of cute cards and envelopes from DCWV! All comments must be received by Tuesday, March 20th by 5 pm MST.

Happy Friday!

    WOW!!! VERY CUTE.

  2. I think you should do some decor projects and stick them up – not necessarily cover the whole space with paper (I like your zigzig wall, but two walls like that might be a bit … distracting!) Decor projects could be a piece of plain or patterned paper/ cardstock, with a quote (probably quite bold lettering) and a few embels around the edge. But mix it up, not just a whole wall with quotes. Maybe a few blank pieces of patterned paper. And others with a big flower or something in the middle. And maybe even a couple with photos :-) Have fun anyway.

Maybe keeping the wall mainly grey, & adding some geometrics in the same colors.

I would use a long narrow magnetic board and put up those little poetry magnets. That way, you can make cute little sayings to spice up the joint on your sassy days :-D
