Some of you may remember this post from last November when we went to the American Crafts Warehouse Sale and raided the shelves. This time, however, our editorial team, along with our lovely Go-to Gals (who flew in for our annual Editorial Board Meetings (We were sure glad to see them (There are a lot of parentheticals in this sentence))), went straight to the source of it all—the American Crafts offices.
And guess who just happened to be in the office that day? Elizabeth Kartchner, designer of the Dear Lizzy line for American Crafts and author of the Dear Lizzy blog!

After some great pictures, we all sat down to look at some new and upcoming paper collections and other fun crafting supplies. What a treat!

It sure was fun to look at some of the new products American Crafts has, and Go-to Gal Jennifer McGuire was there to see them too!

Then we got the official American Crafts tour.

We met some designers and interviewed them about where they find inspiration, and we peeked in to see the crafters’ room—where they design and make sample projects. Plus, we got a look at the big warehouse where it’s all stored!

Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay there all day, but of course, we had to get a group shot before we left!

Nice prize! I realized the other day that all the ribbons that were my favorites were made my American Crafts.
My favorite has to be the stickers-love all their fun fonts and colors!

American Crafts Thickers are a must have for me…I use them on almost every project! I also love AC’s great style!

I love American Crafts products! Especially their products designed by Amy Tangerine! She is one of my fav’s! I also love the Campy Trails and new Garden Cafe papers, super cute! I haven’t tried it as of yet, but I would like to make use of their glitter ribbon-fabulous idea!

My all-time absolute favorite AC product is Thickers. They’re a stylish, convenient, colorful, easy way to completely pull together ANY page. There are SO MANY fantastic fonts & textures… just love them.
My favorite is the paper. Chap is one of my favorites, though there are many. Thickers come in a close second.

Oh, how fun would that be to tour American Crafts! I especially love their cardstock! It’s always so fun, full of color and innovative. Oh, and their cute little brads, the fabric ones, flowers ones, glitter ones . . . just adorable. :0)
