The first official day of summer is less than a month away, but for all the students out there summertime is starting right about now! And you know what that means, don’t you? Graduation! It’s a time for families and friends to celebrate their academic accomplishments, and it’s time for all of us to make and send graduation cards!
So today I want to show you three different graduation cards from three different Paper Crafts issues!
First, from our latest special issue, the very special Card Creations, Vol. 10! A trendy paper-pieced beauty!

You're Going Places Card by Allison Landy
Second, from Practical Solutions, made with . . . what’s that? Post-It notes? Yep, that’s right.

Sky's the Limit Card by Kim Hughes
And third, from our May/June issue of course:

Discover Sail Card by Stephanie Halinski
What a great quote! It’s something I like to keep reminding myself.
What I really like about the May/June issue too is that it doesn’t have the typical graduation cards in it. Though I love grad caps, scrolls, and owls, (they’re so cute and classic) the cards found in this issue feature inspirational quotes, and to be honest, I think these will make a more lasting impression on their recipients. What do you think?
Feeling inspired to make those graduation cards now? I hope so!
Thanks for checking in!

Love the Post-It note card and the quote on the last one. I AM inspired to make graduation cards. Thanks.
Very inspirational and I love that they are not your typical grad cards.
Very nice cards! I made 8 graduation cards last weekend.
i think that sometimes we do have to step out of “traditional”.
I love the globes on the 1st one letting them know they can go anywhere they want! The stitching on the 2nd one goes perfect with the awesome colors and OMG the last one is my favorite!! What a wonderful quote!! TFS!!
These are all great but that post it note one is brilliant!
Love the sailing card…gives me an idea! Thanks for the inspiration!
Thanks for the inspiration for graduation. I agree with you on the quote idea–I do think it will have more meaning for the recipient and I am trully inspired by the Mark Twain quote.
These are fabulous! Kim’s post-it notes card is so creative.
