Paper Crafts magazine has long been a supporter of Operation Write Home and their mission to send handmade cards to our deployed troops. We take great pride in donating thousands of cards each year to this worthwhile cause. And we couldn’t do this without the help of our loyal readers who continue to create and donate their inspiring creations. A BIG thank you to you all!

Happy Memorial Day to all and thank you to those who serve, have served, and have given their life for this wonderful country of ours. My wish is that some day we will not need OWH or any other programs like it that all our loved ones will be home safe and sound but until then thank you for all your hard work.
Winning this great collection is like a speck of sand in the desert compared to the sacrifice soldiers make!
I just want to say THANK YOU to all of the troops, both past and present, that have fought so that we may enjoy our freedom here at home. We must never forget those who have severed our country and whenever you see a Vet of any kind you should always thank them for their service. I always try to do this and you would not believe how many of them say to me that no one has ever come up to them like that and just thanked them, it really does make them feel great.

I have been meaning to make some cards for OWH – such a wonderful idea (truthfully, I haven’t made any cards recently … need to get back on that!)
I missed the blog hop, but my LSS had a card-making event for Operation Write Home, yay!
I love to create beautiful cards. But unfortunately Fibromyalgia has robbed me of all my spending money for such wonderful craft products. What little money I get $20 a month is going into mine and my hubby’s Vow Renewal. I would dearly love to win these items and to put them to good use making others happy. *crosses fingers and prays*
