One thing that’s fun about working for Paper Crafts magazine is getting to see a wide range of super fun and inspiring products. Like you, we LOVE paper crafting, so our hearts race just like yours does when we delve into a new issue.
In each of our magazine issues, there is a section entitled Editors’ Picks where each of us choose a product featured in the pages of the magazine. This is our way of sharing products we think you’d like as much as we do.
For Stamp It! Cards week, we thought we’d do the same thing and highlight some of our very favorite stamps used in this undeniably inspiring issue.
Managing Editor Kerri Miller picked the Chicken Wire Coverall stamp from Gourmet Rubber Stamps pictured below.
Paper Crafts Go-to Gal Kim Kesti used this stamp with blue paint to create a fun background in this happy card.

Nice Having You Around Card by Kim Kesti
Senior Editor P. Kelly Smith picked the Geo-Graphic set from Paper Smooches pictured below.
Paper Crafts Go-to Gal Windy Robinson created a background on her kraft card base to show off the flowers. Those hexagons are soooo trendy!

Cute Floral Thinking of You Card by Windy Robinson
Creative Editor Susan R. Opel (That’s me!) picked the Old School Rock set from Sweet Stamp Shop pictured below.
As a girl who’s made a mix tape or two in my time, I just LOVE this retro set. And the color palette that Laura Williams chose is, well, rockin’ awesome!

Birthday Mix Card by Laura Williams
Graphic Designer Melinda Ward picked the Funny Coffee Vol. #1 set from Skipping Stones Design pictured below.
Melinda is a former Starbucks barista, so choosing this caffeinated birthday card by Lindsay Amrhein just makes sense

Good to the Last Drop Card by Lindsay Amrhein
Trends Editor Cath Edvalson picked the Love ‘n Breakfast set from Lawn Fawn pictured below.
Always a sucker for a pun, Cath finds this set to be awfully moxie fab and she loves the way that Stephanie Halinski used it on this sweet Father’s Day card.

Egg-cellent Dad Card by Stephanie Halinski
Online Editor Holly Anderson picked the Brave Girl Boots set from Unity pictured below.
Texan by birth, Holly’s eyes light up when she sees cowboy boots. Paper Crafts Go-to Gal Teri Anderson takes this girlie set to new heights using it on a Father’s Day card.

Daddy’s Boots Card by Teri Anderson
Editor-in-Chief Jennifer Schaerer picked the Bit of Burlap stamp from Market Street Stamps pictured below.
Jennifer has a thing for burlap, so it comes as no surprise that she chose this textured background stamp. Lisa Petrella used it as a lovely backdrop for her purple butterfly.

A Note of Thanks by Lisa Petrella

i LOVE the Chicken Wire stamp! it is so IN right now.
i love it for a background, it offers an open pattern, yet still a little variance in lines, with the little twist.
No way! Well, I love all of the Melody Ross sets from Unity so I would say brave girl boots. I love the arrow with the sentiment ‘this way to a brave life’. But I really love a bunch of the sets so it was a hard choice. Thanks for the chance to win. Thanks for sharing.
