Birthdays!

Holly blog shot 221x300 Birthdays!

Holly Anderson

Since it was my birthday this past week, birthdays have been on my mind. It’s one of the biggest card-sending occasions, so let’s talk birthdays today!

What I love about birthdays is that you get one day a year for yourself. That is unless you’re a twin and share a birthday or you happened to be born on a big holiday. Hey, it happens! But usually, birthdays are a great chance to take time out to celebrate you!

So today, I think I’ll share with you some of my favorite birthday cards from Card Creations, Vol. 10! In this issue, there are 20 whole pages of birthday cards!

First, I want to show you a card that’s perfect for a young boy. I think for most crafters, it’s pretty easy to find feminine products and make girly cards, but sometimes it’s hard to make a masculine card. However, this one is so perfect for a little man in your life.

This Celebrate card is a fabulous one as well, especially if you would describe your style as clean & graphic. And it’s simple too; punch circles and then punch them again to make that cool design!

Lastly, we have this floral card for a sweet woman in your life. This is a great way to use those lovely die cuts in your collections. Just use some coordinating patterned paper and a small handful of embellishments to finish it off!
