Ah, summer is drawing to a close, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to squeeze a little bit more from my favorite season. When the temps are a steady 100+ here in Arizona, it’s not so hard to do.
How about something cool and refreshing?

It’s funny, the only time of year I crave mint chip ice cream is during the hottest part of summer. But, forget the ice cream part, how about that color? Cool mintilicious mint: pretty much the hottest color on trend right now.
Who wouldn’t use this delightful color for a summer wedding?
And, I don’t know about you, but this paint color just jumped to the top of my list. I think inspiration would come pretty easily in this craft space, don’t you?
Well, I don’t have a mint green studio, but I am jazzed about using the color for crafting. There aren’t a ton of mint products out there (yet), but here are some creative ideas for you.
Stamp a little mint green goodness on your next card. I kind of like the quirkiness of a mint woodgrain.
How about some modern mint? I used Green Bubble Light Glimmer Mist for a splatter background, and then mixed green and blue acrylic paint to come up with mint for my letters.
And this card pretty much sums up my passion for mint; the Dear Lizzy Neopolitan paper, the sweet ribbon and yes, the ice cream, too.
