September is Chicken month! Who came up with that?
You know, I’m not sure. But the holiday is actually to promote the consumption of chicken. Interesting, no? So when you go out to eat this month, make sure to celebrate the month by ordering chicken! And maybe try a few new chicken recipes. Perhaps you’ll find a new favorite!
How do we celebrate it in the paper-crafting world though? With this delightful card from Stamp It! Cards, Vol. 9 of course! With the rooster and weathered wood, it’s got a sweet, old-time country feel to it.

Did you know it’s also Honey Month? And did you know today is Eat an Extra Dessert Day? (Gotta go make a note of that, huh?) Well, it’s true, and I have a little prize package put together for this fun set of holidays!
I have Inkadinkado‘s Folk Patterns Inchie stamp set, which includes a cute little rooster. I also have Gel-a-tins Honey Bear and Sweet Cakes stamp sets so you can celebrate all the holidays I mentioned today!
