Happy World Card Making Day Paper Crafts peeps! I hope you are enjoying your day so far. I had a ton of fun creating this card for the occasion, a Christmas card made through the technique of paper cutting. I simply drew this starry scene onto some tracing paper, making sure that all the elements touched one another in some way. Then, I placed the image face-down onto a piece of white paper and secured it with masking tape to prepare myself for the fun part: cutting out all the negative space with a craft knife. I mounted it onto some cardstock with some foam tape and voila! Instant Christmas card!
I’m off to post this in the World Card Making Day Gallery, and urge you to pop over to the gallery to link up your Christmas/season’s greetings, hello/thinking of you, birthday, love, and thank you cards there as well. Then, stop by the Moxie Fab World and link those same cards up to the appropriate post from our World Card Making Day Week celebration for a chance to win this moxie fab suite of Paper Crafts special issues, worth $74.95!
Hip, hip, hooray for World Card Making Day!
P.S. After you’ve done all that, if you are so inclined, enter the same card(s) into our World Card Making Day Contest. Click HERE for all the worldly details.
