As a new mom and a scrapbooker, I keep my camera very busy, which is why I am fond of photo cards. They allow me to combine my love of photos with that of my love for card making. Plus, there’s something about a cute baby face that makes any card extra sweet!
This birthday card, created for Grandma, has a special surprise factor. Because I made my card base from a decorative treat sack, it doubles as a pocket card. What’s in that pocket? It’s a photo of baby Maggie. Surprise!
Or, make the card act as the gift and tuck a gift card inside. Shopping spree time!
To personalize the inside, add a doily where you can write your message.
