World Card Making Day: Sandy

My inspiration came to me as I was on Pinterest.  I have a whole board of images that are Yellow/Gray/Black—mostly home interiors.  However, I remember that I had once pinned a card that inspired me to make this one, so I decided to go with yellow and black.  I used paper scraps, ribbon, a stray pearl I had, and voila!

  1. Beautiful card! Love the ribbon and the way the colors stand out against each other. My favorite colors are red and blue. I use them throughout my house and in my clothing. In cards, though, I prefer to use vintage colors of beiges and browns and make sure to add a pop of color. Thank you for a chance to win and have a great day!

I can’t have a favorite color combination. Depends on who I’m making the card for, what paper I’m going to use…. Cute card!

I love anything that has green, browns, yellows and organges in it. That is probably why fall is my favorite season.

I just love your color combo! I adore rose/pink and browns. Basic Grey has several collections that I use for this color combo.
