Welcome to the last day of 75 Creative Card Challenges week! We have a fun post planned for you today, so pull up a chair, grab a snack, and be prepared to be entertained!
First of all, the sheer number of challenges in this issue is pretty out of this world—75, but then think of the amount of projects—293! You know you’ll find dozens of projects that inspire you to dig through your crafts and create something new. Yep, you can do so much more than you ever thought with what you already have! You’ll see that when you get your hands on the issue. Here’s a good example of what I mean!

Hot Pink Congratulations Card by Laura Bassen on p. 66
Laura created this card by stamping with a glass! You’ll see even more challenges in this fantastic issue!
But today we wanted to bring you one more challenge you won’t find in the issue. One that I think you’ll find to be quite enjoyable! These ten ladies all contributed to the magazine, and today they will show you an extra challenge!
We’ll call this challenge #76: Use song lyrics.
Fun, right? I can’t wait to see them all!
But before you start hopping, know that each of them is giving away a copy of the issue, so make sure to leave them a comment. And make sure to come back to us afterward because we have something big to give away!
Alright, now hop to it!
- Heather Campbell
- Chan Vuong
- Lorena Cantó Lavería
- Laura Bassen
- Julia Stainton

Wasn’t that a blast?
Alright, now for the giveaway. I have to offer up to one lucky winner the Kiss Me and Sophisticates collections including buttons, washi tape, and chipboard alphas from Bella Blvd and stamps and ink from Close to My Heart! This array of products is sure to get you started with the crafty challenges you’re now ready to face.
Just leave us a comment telling me what song you’d turn into a card by Tuesday, January 15th at 5 pm MST for a chance to win.
Thanks for checking in, and we’re so glad you could join us for 75 Creative Card Challenges week!

There’s a song called “Loving You is Fun” that I would like to use on my hubby’s valentine. I will give it a try – I love a good challenge!
Oh it would be very challenging, but fun to turn “Unforgettable” by Nat & Natalie Cole into a card or layout. It was “our” wedding song 14 years ago.
What a fun hop! I would make an Amazing Grace card! Thanks for the chance to win!
I really want this issue!!!
An oldie but goodie…When I Need Love by Leo Sayer…it was our wedding song in 1977! Perfect for a Valentine Day card/
Unforgettable
I think “You belong with me” (from Taylor Swift) would be a fun card to create!
I would pick Abba Dabba Honeymoon. My mom used to sing it to me when she washed my hair.
Great challenge! I think it would be great to make a series of Christmas cards based on popular Christmas carols!
“All shook up” by Elvis This would make a great shaker card
I would use “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road”.
I think that I can make a great card using that song for inspiration!! Thanks for another chance to win!!!
Yellow Submarine by the beatles. My sister just did a cross stitch for her niece and it was cute. A card would have great to go with it.
Well, “Somebody” was our first dance song at our wedding and since it is our anniversary this weekend, I’m going to use that as inspiration for a card for my hubby!
One of my favorite songs is Mac Davis’ Oh Lord it’s hard to be humble, my husband sings that quite often when he is combing his hair or getting dressed!! I have listened to him sing it for over 20 years now – it would be fun to make him a card on that tune!!!
That was fun! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
I’d do the Monkee’s song that says “People come and people go . . .” because so many people I know are leaving the country we live in.
I knew you were trouble by Taylor Swift because it’s been stuck in my head for weeks and works perfect for my nephew in the terrible two’s
I would definitely make a card out of “Call Me Maybe!” It always makes me smile, even after a particularly difficult day.
Love this issue and the prize pack would be great! I would make a card to call me maybe. it was our summer song with Olympics.
I would make a card for “I will always love you” because I will always love my hubby, he is the very best!! Thanks for this great giveaway!
I would make a “Heard It Through The Grapevine” card. Sooo many possibilities!
