My biggest craft space challenge is to keep the small corner by my desk tidy. I have lots of stuff and a small table crammed in there, and there’s always a mess on the little table and on the floor…
I put all my supplies in one place, that’s a good thing. But I tend to forget about little pieces I have, so need a way to organize them better.
Well can´t we always get better and also our needs change over time as we´re changing our creations and we all know, that the things we have right at our fingertips and see all the time, are those we tend to use the most, so I don´t think, we´ll ever get all done, but always looks out for better and easier ways, so we´ll use our stuff even more.
I have trouble sorting and storing quotes and journaling spots.
My challenge: My crafting space is also my office and my guest room. I have lots of office work and lots of overnight company, so I spend more time putting up my materials than using them! But my real biggest challenge is that my job takes me on the road in third world countries for 6 months (non-consecutive) of the year, making the real crafting space challenge is what I can take on a trip and make in a crowded airport, on a plane, in a car, or on a hotel bed (usually no desks where I go).
I have to work at keeping the desk surface clear. Put things back where they belong. And have a clear out of stuff that might be actually used by another crafter! Also I have quotes, words and greeting phrases all over the place. One of my new year resolutions is to get them all together and devise a retrieval system.Shouldn’t be so hard?!!!
My biggest challenge is trying to organize all my items so that they are within easy reach and not forgotten.
My biggest challenge ( for my kitchen as well as my craft space) is I can not have above counter cabinets. My flat is in an attic space so the walls are only 4′ high before they slant to a peaked roof. I love the look of it but it means I can’t use wall space for storage.
My craft space is in the basement, so I get practically no natural light. I am planning to move it upstairs to my daughter’s old room, but haven’t had the time yet…! Thanks for the chance
My biggest challenge is having things within easy access nd being a ble to see what I have without it being completely cluttered. I love the look of a clean space but my stuff overflows every nook and cranny of my room!
My biggest challenge is paper and storage.
my biggest challenge? Trying to organize everything!
My home office and scrapbooking space are in the same room, so keeping things organized on their own side of the room, and keeping family members out of my scrapbooking supplies can sometimes be challenging.
My biggest challenge is organzing all my stamping supplies; I have very limited space, but lots of stamping supplies!
I don’t have a closet in my craft room to store supplies. I’m running out of storage room! I hope I win because I’m in desperate need for help!! Have you ever thought about doing a craft room or rooms makeover??
My biggest crafting space challenge is where to put all my idea books. I really just have so many but I don’t want to get rid of them. I really actually use them, even the older ones. But I would love to win this book. I love looking at other creative spaces to get ideas and just for pure eye candy!
Thanks for the chance to win it!
xoxo, Christine
Definitely the biggest challenge is putting everything away between projects. It piles up until I have a mountain of stuff!
Boy would I like a copy of this mag!!!
I need to find a better way to store my stamps so that I can see and access them easily.
My biggest crafting challenge by far is scraps! For new years I just purged a ton of completely usable scraps which sit on my desk, in boxes, in bags, in folders, you name it. As a result of bad storage I never use the scraps and I have a huge, huge mess on my hands. Would love a copy of this book.
My biggest challenge is that I have a small room so I need to figure out how to get the most storage possible while keeping the room open and clean looking.
my biggest space challenge is how to store all of my stampin’ up! stamp sets.
Yeah for creative spaces! Ill be moving in 2 months so ill need all the help I can get!
There is never enough room! I really could use ideas on how to organize markers and stamp pads!!
My challenge is to keep my tiny desk clean, by clean I mean with no leftover papers from previous projects. I’m determined to use my scraps, I just need to find a way to keep them organized. Thanks for the chance.
My biggest challenge is finding a way to organize my embellishments so that I can see what I have quickly and easily access them (if I don’t see them, I don’t use them).
My biggest challenge is purging stuff I really don’t use, and making space to use the stuff I really do enjoy! Many years of accumulating craft supplies and not enough time to use them has created a crowded craft room.
I’m in the same boat as Cheryl–just before me. Thanks Lyn, for the chance to win this really informative publication. I also have a big problem with organizing ribbons–of which I am overloaded because I love them so much.
My biggest craft space challenge has been going on since the birth of my daughter 2 years ago. The spare bedroom I used as my craft room became her bedroom. I’ve configured my craft area multiple times in my living room, attempting to ensure that it’s organized, aesthetically pleasing, and not too tempting for my little one to touch. Thank you for the chance to win this special issue!
My space is small and doubles as an office. I regularly have to clear a teeny spot on the desk in order to work. CLUTTER…
My room is so small that when I TRY to organize I put stuff in places and then I can’t find them. Maybe I just have too much stuff?? LOL!
OHHHH! I def. think my sewing area in my craft studio is the hardest challenge– I want to use my Grandma’s vanity side tables as part of my sewing table, but I want to make it taller and larger….super hard! THANKS for the chance to win:) sbmmhoover at yahoo dot com
My biggest challenge is to keep my desk cleared off so I can actually create something! Thanks for the chance to win this!
I have a very small walk in closet that is busting at the seams. It has over grown into my dining room.
My biggest crafting space challenge is SPACE. Too many things and too little space…
xx
Storing fabric. Right now most of it is in totes stored in the attic. I also don’t have a great storage solution for my die cuts or larger embellishments.
Me encantaría ganarme esta revista. Gracias
We are a military family so being able to organize all my things and then having to move and now reorganize everything is my biggest challenge! I am in a smaller space and not everything fits, but I hate to make too many organization changes since we may be moving again in 1.5 years and who knows what my space will look like then?!
My winter home is 2,000 miles from my summer. My biggest organizational challange is finding room in my car to haul my stash back & forth. And what to put in and what to leave out.
