Kim Mock

Hey y’all, I’m Kim and I own Keller’s Creations! We began in May 2002, and since day one, we’ve been committed to saving scrappers and crafters time and money with products for projects that are fast, easy, and cute. We’ve also made all of our products right here in the United States. And we believe it shouldn’t cost a fortune or take forever to make a layout or a card that you’re proud of!

Being based in south Georgia, our motto is “Scrap It Southern Style.” To us, it means to make it simple, make it meaningful, and make it so dang cute!

We make it simple for you by doing all the work like cutting all your pieces and printing fun additions to all our paper lines so that everything coordinates. It’s up to you to add your heart and creativity—that’s the meaningful part. And when you use our products and add your touch, the ‘so dang cute part’ is easy.

See what I mean in this simple wedding layout?

And it’s not just layouts that should be simple; cards can be, too. Like this one!

And, to get to know me a little better, here are a couple of questions that Paper Crafts threw my way.

What is your favorite tool to use?

Well, that’s an easy question and a tough one at the same time. We used to do just fine with scissors and a glue stick, and now the industry has so many tool options that it can be quite overwhelming . . . and expensive. Our company philosophy is that you should be able to spend 10 minutes and have a project to show for it. If you have to use a bunch of tools, it can take 10 minutes just to get them out!

As for the easy answer, circle punches and paper trimmers! I love my Fiskars paper trimmer for cutting both photos and papers. And, my new favorite circle punches are by EK Success. They are so easy to use, they snap shut and store flat, plus they have two sizes that work perfectly with our new Quote It Fast sheets—the 1.25” circle punch and the 2” circle punch. Basic tools + our products + 10 minutes = amazingly cute projects!!

What product do you almost always include in what you create?

That’s easy: circles and tags! I just gravitate to them. Circles just make me happy; they’re so whimsical and fun. And tags are a basic element that work everywhere—on pages, cards, and almost any project. Whenever I feel a project is missing something, I just reach for a tag or a circle!

Speaking of tags, here’s another simple project, one of our Accordion Tags used as a gift card holder!

The card above and the Accordion Tag use our new Tag It Fast tags. Just look at how many tags come on this one sheet:

    Dear Kim,

I really love the wedding layout, it´s just adorable. And you´re right – it´s still simple. But I just love it! I guess that I would be creating layouts with it, but there might be a card as well. I still have so many photos laying around here from many travels so I have to make soooo many travel layouts!! I hope I can do them with your paper collections!
Thanks for the chance to win them!
    xx Zoe

  18. The biggest male celebrity of the past few decades is Hugh Hefner: no questions asked. Oddly enough, the celebrity known for his wild behavior and fun parties has the most boring pair of sunglasses money can buy. His Maui Jim Lanai set that he often wears is a dull brown with no visibly stylish features. They may be comfortable for him, and that’s great, but he is certainly not winning any awards in fashion. oakley holbrook sunglasses

  19. Very good info. Lucky me I discovered your blog by chance (stumbleupon).
I’ve saved as a favorite for later!
